About Senduta
"Sent" should never mean "I hope they got it."
For documents that actually matter, a contract, a legal notice, an offer letter, "I think they received it" isn't good enough. Email and cloud links move files into a black box: no proof of delivery, no record of who opened them, and no way to take them back.
We built Senduta to close that gap. Think of it as registered post for the digital age: you send a file, the recipient verifies their identity, and every step, delivered, opened, downloaded, is captured as certified, timestamped proof. Then the file self-destructs. We deliver, then delete.
The name. Dutameans "envoy" or "messenger." A duta didn't just carry a message, they were trusted to deliver it, faithfully, to the right person. That's the standard we hold every send to.
What we believe
Proof
A certified record of every delivery and access, ready the moment you need it.
Security
AES-256 encryption, email-OTP access, and controls on every file.
Transparency
Real-time visibility from the moment you send to the moment it's opened.
Built in India, for India first
Senduta is built in India 🇮🇳 by a small team obsessed with proof and privacy. Lawyers, chartered accountants, recruiters, consultants, architects and businesses across the country send confidential documents every day, and deserve a tool that proves it, priced for the Indian market. That's who we build for.
Every design decision follows from one idea: a document you send should carry the same certainty as registered post. So we encrypt every file with AES-256, verify recipients with an email one-time code, log each open and download with a timestamp, and hand you a certified PDF with a SHA-256 hash to back it up. Then, because we're a courier and not a vault, the file self-destructs after download. No archives, no leftovers, just proof you can stand behind and privacy you can trust.
