Is my document stored on Senduta servers?
Yes, files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase on AWS) and served only via secure signed URLs. You can set expiry dates and revoke access at any time.
What is a Certified Delivery?
A Certified Delivery generates a branded PDF certificate containing sender & recipient details, file name, SHA-256 integrity hash, and timestamped proof of delivery, opening, and download. This certificate is suitable for legal and compliance use.
Can the recipient forward the link to someone else?
The secure link is tied to a specific recipient. With OTP enabled, only the registered email can verify identity and access the file. You can also revoke the link at any time from your dashboard.
Does Senduta work for large files?
The free plan supports files up to 50 MB. Paid plans support up to 25 GB per file. For enterprise needs, contact us for custom limits.
