A Certified Delivery generates a legally-grade PDF certificate containing the sender details, recipient details, file hash (SHA-256), and timestamped proof of delivery, opening, and download.
What counts as a regular Delivery?
Any secure document send via Senduta — with password, OTP, expiry, and audit trail — counts as a delivery. Only the certificate generation counts as a Certified Delivery.
Can I mix subscriptions and Pay-As-You-Go?
Yes. Your monthly plan includes a fixed number of Certified Deliveries. If you exceed the limit, you can top up with Pay-As-You-Go credits.
Do unused deliveries roll over?
Monthly delivery quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire.
