What is a delivery?
Every secure send through Senduta is a certified delivery, open and download tracking, email-OTP verification, a full audit trail, and a legal-grade PDF certificate with the SHA-256 file hash and timestamped proof. Your monthly plan is metered on the number of deliveries.
What happens to my files?
Senduta is a courier, not storage. Files are encrypted in transit and permanently deleted 24 hours after the recipient downloads them, or when the link expires (up to 7 days) if never opened. We never archive your confidential documents.
How large a file can I send?
Up to 50 GB per file on every plan, large files upload in resumable chunks, so a dropped connection picks up where it left off. Download links are short-lived and single-purpose.
Do unused deliveries roll over?
Monthly delivery quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Out of deliveries? Buy a top-up pack, those never expire.
